I have somebody new in the studio with me, Tammy, why don't you introduce yourself and then

also in case you hear Add as in the background introduce her real

quick too. Yeah, hi Tom, thanks for having me. My name is Tammy LaFlore and I'm a

revelation wellness instructor. I've been, I went through certification a little over a year ago and I've been

working with the ministry before that and since teaching and teaching way less to feed

more classes and whatnot I also have with me today. I'm also a

mother of two. I have a six year old, Caden and a four year old Addison and Addison is with me today.

So... Addison will probably say something during the show.

We're going to give her a chance to record some things specifically for Koyneia later on and that she's

promised that she'll wait until the end. I don't think she can. I couldn't when I was that

age. Let's go back to your background. Were you interested in fitness training before you met Elisa in Revelation Wellness?

Yeah, absolutely.

I've been, fitness has been a passion and a means of employment for close to 20 years now.

Started in back in Ohio,

just helping friends kind of do some personal training,

things like that, never doing it full time and then I moved

to Arizona with my husband and had the opportunity to do personal training full time and

really it's been a passion since and then I got pregnant started so I stayed home and then after that I

started teaching group fitness classes and found revelation wellness through
