often in our life, especially when we're in recovery, we don't know where we're going. We don't

of the hero's journey? The hero's journey comes out of the work of Joseph Campbell, and Joseph Campbell wrote a book called The Hero with a Thousand Faces. And his study was looking at mythology across all different cultures. And what he found in that is that there was a common theme in all of these

stories that all these different cultures had. And he called that the hero's journey. And it was a

theme that all these heroes went through through this mythology.
