Oh, God.

Every night, I'm up like frantically trying to make sense of some notes because I'm

Neurootic when it comes to preparing I'm not sure maybe Heather's not as neurotic as I am about preparing, but I am neurotic about it and then I wake up and I look at these

notes and they first thing in the morning don't make any sense to me whatsoever.

I'm like, what the fuck? I have no idea what I was

on about but I'll give it my best shot.

Just from the very global understanding that the Buddha's path is a, in many ways, a

causational path, he asks us to look at the underlying causes and

conditions that influence our behavior, influence the way we perceive the world.

And a very key insight to this is that all thoughts and behaviors are activated in fact take shape in what

he calls Vaidina which is roughly feelings before we have any full on thoughts,

interpretations, behaviors, all of that actually in a wonderful suit called the Mula suit of the

roots suit, he says everything in life takes shape and feelings and what he means

is that well before the sort of all the stories

and all the things we're consciously aware of,

there's this underlying tendency feelings that arise and he

boils them down to three kinds. There's pleasant feelings. There's unpleasant feelings and

unpleasant feelings and there's feelings that are kind of neutral.

We don't notice any emotionally, any physically any change whatsoever.

And so depending upon those underlying,
