And Julie, not that we're ones to take a victory lap, but we did predict that interest rates

would fall at the beginning of this year.

Actually, when we were doing our 2024 predictions in late 2023, we predicted that they

would fall going into fourth quarter.

So for a lot of agents across the country, and you can see it in the total home sales,

they had an okay, if not just an average, below average summer in terms of sales.
