They started their Real Estate career in 1999. He operated as a stand-alone agent working the face to face appointments with Karen providing support with paperwork and marketing. 0:54.8	Julie and I in 2000 and Zoe Zoe in 2021 actually drove all around the country and we went up to visit their
1:00.2	office in Kennedy, Washington, it's one of the nicest real estate offices I've ever been in.
1:05.3	And it's actually funny. It worked out to be, it's working out to be a great investment too,
1:09.6	you know, so that's kind of a nice way to start because I do want to talk about lead generation wealth building with you.
1:14.9	But that's, you know, that's a nice little pearl that hopefully, you know, will continue to pay
1:18.8	dividends is actually owning your own space, opposed to continuously renting.
