with Luke Derbridge. I wasn't going to do him again on talking Luft because we've already heard

about all these Luft. So I thought I'd get a favorite, a crowd favorite, Mike Woods,

and talk a little bit of Luft with him and he doesn't let down.

He's got a great little story to tell.

Welcome back to the pod. I've found another way to squeeze you back in. Very happy.

Always honored to be on the pod. I'm a regular listener, so it's nice to be on it.

And you're a regular go-to it's nice to be on it.

And you're a regular go-to for me, for ideas.

You're a bit of a sounding board, which has been good.

But now it's your turn to get behind the mic, and we're doing talking loft, which is pretty quick, pretty easy, pretty fun.

Let's start off.

Caskets, cycling caps. How do you wear yours? Lots of lift. Lots of loft. Yeah, yeah. I go pretty big, man. I've got a good Rafa photo of me just like full lift. Like we're talking like it's hardly on the head almost. Raffer Luft, that's tough to get as well because they're not overly airy. No, but I don't have a big head. Yeah, that's true. That does help luf. I mean, my forehead, with the receiving hair line, my head looks a lot bigger than it is. But anytime I put in a cap, actually it's why I like cycling caps, because they're one of the few cycling, like, they're one of the few hats that actually fit me. I wear. I wear normal like you know one of those flat-brimmed hats and it looked like a boy

So yeah, I like lots of lift in the raffle cap so what do you do with the brim?

I normally go Up fold up nice. Yeah, yeah

Alright if you could have race back in the day with no helmets, what do you think you would have done?

Well, I don't have the great head of hair, so I for sure would have rocked the cap for as long as I could.
