At the end of the day, we're all premodontas, cyclists, and I can imagine you alluded to it a little bit there when you

said if you first the first year were like you know everyone opened their bag up and everyone

was happy till they put the kit on is it difficult still to this day to actually please cyclists

because at the end of the day it's very very difficult to make it right for an individual person. I want the sleeves this long. He wants them that short. The skin suit doesn't fit me here. What is it actually like working with pro teams? Is it, and like I can imagine sometimes you just feel like, I'm just going to throw my hands up. I can't be bothered. But at the end of the day, like you've said, a few times here,

it is the pinnacle, and that's what you want to be involved with. We are road cycling. So you have to juggle it. And does it ever just get too much? It doesn't for me. I mean, I have to have to admit that I don't get involved in the detail fitting or any of the administration around the team anymore. and was always somewhat away from that.

in Raffer, which I'm sure lots of people do in companies, which is, you know, good enough isn't.

Yeah, I can't bear the idea. Yeah, that's good enough. Let it go out the door. This is our passion. This is a thing that matters more to me than almost anything apart from my family. It's, you know, it's the greatest sport in the world. We're right in there. These are the greatest athletes in the world. Of course, good enough isn't it enough. You know, it's got to be right. It's got to be perfect. So, and I think the team at Raff are all subscribed to that view,

and I'm sure there are moments where they have to bite their lips

and go home and punch the wall or whatever.

But hopefully they'll ever show it because they do get it.

They understand that this is the pinnacle.

This is as good as it can be be and everything has to be spot on.
