today and and how did we get to the point where that's what we end up doing day to day.

what does he do from waking up to getting back in bed and going back to sleep? What's that day like?

I'm not somebody who wakes up always super early by the way. I've got this okay. I need to kind of mention this the side of me because I don't

think it kind of comes through as we speak or what I show on the internet but I'm a I'm a good

living person okay just like the French like drink wine, you lay back and just enjoy life.

I kind of, I love that to the point where I'm ready to do anything that it takes to kind of develop the lifestyle that goes with it.

And one of the characteristics of loving life is that you realize how precious it is and how short

it is and thus you don't want to spend it doing things you detest because you do not confident enough to go after what you want.

So that is the first choice I made. So when I wake up in the morning I have no one to answer to but myself.

So when I first started that was the first discipline that was kind of

difficult to acquire the fact that if I don't do something it's not getting done. If I don't have

I don't have the pressure from my boss so the reason why I work must be the motivation.

So that's kind of a time of adaptation or something like that.

So I wake up, I'll check my phone which is next to me, I check you know the news quickly what's going on in town
