intermittent fasting? And if you do, what kind of window of eating do you prefer well I intermittent fast every day

so my window is usually early dinner late brunch slash lunch so generally I won't I won't eat

past 6 p.m. and then I won't eat again until usually around 10 the next day. So it's generally
