My name is Gordon and I shall be your host.

This is something of a, well you could say it's a medical emergency solo podcast,

not my medical emergency, thankfully, but what has happened this week, which is a first

in 109 episodes is I have had two guests call in sick and actually I'll come back to that later and the last one was at 11 PM Wednesday night

So that doesn't leave a lot of time typically with a weekly show you have you know a couple of episodes in the can and and you can you can deal with the slings and arrows

But this time, no.

And I thought, okay, these things are sent to Try us.

So what I will do is get up early on Thursday morning

and take the voice recorder out and walk around the farm and talk about a combination of things,

moving to the farm and various stories to do with, you know, the first few days of tractor ownership and why I've named a

particular tree Donald Trump and so on and I did and I got up early and I did this and

I walked back into the house and my partner says you have a spider in your beard and

Given that beard ownership is almost as new as farm ownership for me. I'm not sure how often this is supposed to happen.

So that was something of a sign and then I take the voice recorder to the sort of

makeshift office area with the intention of transferring the audio

file. And I do not have the correct cables or micro SD card slots because they have the new

MacBook Pro and which I don't recommend and one of the many reasons I don't is that

it doesn't have the SD card slots into it.

And it's a sort of interregnum for cables where I've got USBC,

I believe it's called everything,

and all my various recording devices are older than that.
