1:05.0	J12 when a lot of anarchist got owns at Trump's first inauguration but

1:13.0	Does J11 ring a bell to you?
1:15.0	That's July 11th in Cuba, 2021, there was an uprising.
1:20.0	And not a lot was written about it outside of like the usual either anti-imperialist or
1:25.8	leftist sources or regime change kind of media outlets.
1:30.1	So D has got this interview with an anarchist saying the revolutionary perspective of the Cuban people on J11 and what those events look like to them.
1:41.0	So that's what we're going to be talking about today. Before we begin, you met the person you interviewed in Cuba. Do you want to talk a little bit about your trip there, what it's like to travel there?
1:50.9	Totally. Yeah, yeah, thanks again.

1:55.0	I think the first thing I want to say, it's just as a preface, you know, is that I don't know,
2:02.0	you know, really all that I'm going to be drawing on in this conversation is this one month that I spent there and then the ensuing conversation that I had with the comrade from Cuba. I don't study Cuba. I've never been from Cuba.
