our surroundings, take risks, and embrace the opportunities of life.

We need a foundation of safety.

So how do we get that foundation of safety?

Well, we look for these intuitively we look for these for

qualities and these qualities are first provided to us by caregivers.

One is a sense of reliable connection.

The sense that there's somebody out there who cares, who's aware of us, who, if we need them for security that they are available and this

is presented through attunement just the at first the child's being looked at
