0:06.5	consequence. This argument fails on several levels. First, it assumes the existence of a truly
0:12.4	communist government. In reality, communism has never been fully realized. States labeled
0:17.8	communist have consistently fallen short of the theory, and equating them with
0:22.7	communism reflects Cold War propaganda more than political understanding.
