1:01.2	Good evening, children of the night. I've got some good news for you, writers.
1:06.9	August, we're opening up submissions. There are two things I wanted to mention to you writers and aspiring writers. First, we've made a few tweaks to our submission guidelines.
1:13.8	Some of the changes are making it quite clear that we welcome writers of all backgrounds.
1:19.5	To some, our drive for inclusion might make it sound like we're incredibly liberal-friendly,
1:24.5	and that's all we want.
1:26.3	I disagree.
1:27.2	If you're an author and you are conservative
1:29.4	in your country's political landscape, one of our Republican listeners here in America, for example,
1:34.6	we want to hear your stories too. When we say that we are open to authors of all backgrounds,
1:39.6	we mean it. If you're an anarchist or a fascist, if you can write a good story, we'll pay a bit of money for it and get it aired.
1:47.1	We've also added a few notes on things that we're not looking for. Stories that include hate
1:53.3	against any group for any reason without meaningful repercussions are probably going to get a pass
1:58.5	from whoever reads that story.
2:05.8	And if your bad guy is something that we've heard and heard and heard before,
2:08.3	we're probably going to take a pass on that story too.
