Let's take a moment to get comfortable.

Let your head relax on your pillow.

Take a slow, deep breath.

Close your eyes softly and allow the presence of God to fill the room breathe

in peace breathe out worry and fear keep your breathing slow and regular as you notice

where the tension is in your body and slowly release it.

In your feet, your legs, your stomach, your neck, and shoulders.

Notice the sounds around you, and then let them slip into the background.

Let God take you by the hand and lead you into sleep that refreshes and renews.

Invite the Holy Spirit to cover you in perfect peace and stillness.

Let all the cares of the day just drift away as you calm your mind and focus on the good,

pleasing, and perfect will of the Father.

As you prepare to sleep, picture three trees, growing on a hillside, tall, and radiant.

Each tree has a specific purpose, one that will lead them closer to

the Savior. Let this story encourage you that no matter what dreams you have for your life,

dreams that have yet to be realized your heavenly father knows all about

them and he has a mighty purpose for you as you dreams sweetly in god's shelter tonight.
