I suppose my claim to fame in terms of history is that I founded and led two training companies,

Lifspring and ARC International, companies that have graduated more than 1.3 million people

from our high impact experiential learnings.

But before all of that, I learned the training

business working for someone else. I was president of a company called Mind Dynamics, one of the

pioneers in the human potential movement. It was an incredible experience being mentored by the founder

of Mind Dynamics, Alexander Everett. He took care of the vision for the company,

and he was the source behind all of our content.

I just ran the business of the business.

The ownership of My Dynamics changed.

It became a place I didn't want to work,
