0:52.3	Life is about influence. Someone is going to influence you and frankly you're going to influence
1:00.3	somebody else. I remember years ago Charlie Tremendous Jones saying that you'll be the same person
1:06.1	five years from now as you are today except for two things, the books you read and the people you
1:10.9	meet. In a sense, what he was saying is somebody is going to influence you. They may influence
1:15.6	you through their writings or they may influence you through your relationship with them, but
1:20.6	the people who influence your life are shaping your life. We've come in our study in Philippians
1:27.4	chapter 3 to verse number 17,
1:30.5	where the Apostle Paul says, brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walks,
1:37.6	so as you have us for an ensemble. And then he gives a parenthesis in verse 18 and verse 19,
1:43.3	and I would remind you that even God's
1:45.5	parentheses are inspired. Listen to this parenthetical statement, for many walk of whom I have
1:51.9	told you often and now tell you even weeping that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ,
1:58.1	whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame
2:04.4	who mind earthly things. Now, there's a lot of substance in verse 18 and 19. One thing that speaks to me
