1:06.2	things that people always blame. And it's rarely about the time or the money and in this instance ferris you're
1:13.8	29 years old how did you get started in multi-film in real estate yeah so great question i actually
1:19.5	got started out of uh i was trading stock options really didn't like it very volatile so
