There is often so much more we can do to improve a situation than we realize if we will only

stick our neck out a bit. And I would also love for people to, myself included, work on sticking

our neck out in competent, skillful ways. Because you need both of those things. You need the courage,

but you also need the skill. And the good news is we have our whole lifelong to try to build it.
