What's up, Laker fans? Welcome to the Laker Film Room podcast. I'm Pete, joined by Darius and Mike.

And it was a productive and eventful weekend for Lakers as they get a pair of wins to move their

record to five and five after 10 games. We had a starting lineup change. Cam Reddish

gets the start. Austin Reeves goes to the bench. And both guys play very well in their respective

roles over the course of the weekend. Lakers start out on Friday, getting another comeback win

against the underachieving sons. And then on Sunday, come back from their four-game road trip, LeBron does not play.

I thought it was a better win than it appears to be on the surface.

And I'll get into some of the reasons why a little bit later.

But Mike, it was good to close out the road trip with the win.

We were dangerously close to an 0-and-4 roadie.

And then those, you know,

first games back from a road trip are always a little bit tricky. But Lakers find a way to pull it out.

Anthony Davis really put his thumb on the scale in the second half of that game. And Lakers got some,

I think, good practice in without LeBron. That's one thing I was texting you guys before the game. Like, this is going to be a tougher game than I think we might expect, even though Cortland's missing several of their perimeter guys, in part because we have had a devil of a time scoring with LeBron off of the floor.
