And been a couple days since Mike's been on the pod. He's been accompanying the Lakers on a stinky road trip. Mike, tell us your view of said stinky road trip.

Well, stinky does kind of sum it up, Pete.

If you're looking for a word.

Yeah, I listened to the pod, a longtime listener the other day,

and I think you guys hit on a lot of the themes basketball-wise.

From the perspective of just

being around the team, though, it's not, it hasn't been a great energy. And I think that they

found some of that energy for the Miami game. And then AD, of course, has the hip spasm, as it was called, in the second quarter.

And they still battled.

But then, so coming into the next game in Houston, especially with no AD there, there just felt it was a little bit of that collective malaise is too strong of a word.

But I saw this some in the previous couple of seasons when it just didn't look like the group on the floor had that mix of confidence or connectivity or whatever it was, you know, that the opponent had.

And that was evident throughout the entire game.

And so afterwards, after a game like that, you hear a lot of

questions, including from me about, you know, energy. And I think the purpose of that is you've seen,

or we've seen so many games in the NBA where even if the team does have inferior talent,
