Inspired by Belen's Latin roots, Henri's passion for better tortilla options, and both of their

entrepreneurial spirits, they created Eureka Tortilla, a snackable craft tortilla company.

Very good. Thanks for having me, Jesse. Henri, I'd love it if you could just tell us a little bit about what is Eureka tortilla.

Sure.

So Eureka Tortilla is a craft tortilla company that I started with my wife three years ago.

And we've spent our time researching and developing these craft tortillas where we include

and bake into the dough fresh ingredients and flavors to make them tasty, snackable on their own.

They're five-inch street taco size, perfect for snacking.

So it's come a long way to get on the shelf, but we're getting there.

We're on a couple shelves at the moment. Awesome. And can you tell us what all your current flavors are?
