So let me two seconds and we'll go to the people because they've been very patient. This game is a uniform game. It's a helmet game. It's Michigan. It's Texas. but a bowl game that if you're over the age of 30 meant something mattered.

And the game means nothing today. In fact, Texas, seven of their 11 defensive starters have opted out.

Their entire running back room has opted out for Michigan. You're down Barham, who's,

my opinion, your best defensive player, more down four linemen. Look, it's, it's, I want to understand what value is left in any of this.

Because it makes me sad more than it makes me angry.

Because ultimately, Michigan and Texas should matter.

Texas had a really good season.

Michigan had a really good season, all things considered, you know, you had a freshman

QB you can't play.

Like, you went 9 and 3.

And yet, you don't even get the incremental levels of joy because if you don't make the

playoffs, you hate your team.

I mean, that's a pretty twisted way to view college football.

But here we are.

And callers have been great today.

And I think a lot of people, this is the other angle to it, guys, is it starting to sink in for you?

Like I understand it's fun and Rico makes fun of me and I make fun of myself, but like how much I've grown to hate college football.
