0:36.0	I just want to hear a little bit about your background and how you got started in business. Yeah, so I started off at Real Page 14 years ago now,
0:44.4	doing as a market researcher. And frankly, like mostly all multifamily, had no intention of staying
0:50.0	around very long, but got stuck into it, fell in love with it. And, you know, I just helped you all the time.
0:55.0	I don't think anybody ever grew up and got to go into college thinking, hey, I'd love to
0:58.3	be in the rental housing industry.
1:00.1	But, you know, once you get in there, you kind of are in there forever.
1:03.9	So now I'm a lifer, but now I have the opportunity to head up our economics team here
1:08.8	at Real Page. What I would tell all the listeners to do is the first thing is to go to LinkedIn and type
