If you've been listening to the podcast for a while, or maybe you've rather it be easy

or you're in one of my programs, maybe you're in self-coaching society. You know that we speak a lot about the

importance of not taking it all so seriously, right? Most people are just like white knuckling through

life. Like everything seems so serious. We're so stressed out if it's not perfect. If there's

a small mistake, it has to be flawless on our timetable. No wonder we're so anxious,

right? The pressure we put on ourselves for perfection, it all just feels too heavy, too much.

Whereas very, very, very few situations in life are really that serious, right? Really life and death. Really, oh, the stakes

are super high. That's going to be on occasion, the case, but it's so easy to live your life as

if that's the norm and everything is that way. So you've heard me say a lot, I'm sure. Don't take

it so seriously. How serious is this really? Let's add some perspective.

But I'd like to offer something today that almost sounds slightly counter to that,

but it fits perfectly. Stick with me. It's this. In a world where we can't take too much seriously,

right? Even Oscar Wilde joke life is far too

important to be taken seriously. We still want to take ourselves seriously. So right, let it be easy.

It can be construed by some people who are misguided about what this message really means.

Oh, well, whatever. Don't, don't give a S-H-I-T, whatever, whatever, whatever.

It's not that. It's not that at all. It's going through your life with the ease that is your

birthright and allowing yourself to be do and have everything you want, minus the stories,

minus the struggle, minus the stress that we very willingly and unconsciously

attach to our day to day. But I want to offer you this. I take myself seriously. I take my work

seriously. I take my writing seriously. I take this podcast seriously. It doesn't mean I'm
