might be important because perhaps you don't think you're worth it, it's worth it,

or you think, hey, I can just figure this out myself? My friends, this causes so much

exhaustion. This causes true fatigue. I think that so many of us almost think we're not

cut out for things just because we don't enlist health and support in our lives. We think,

I can't handle it. I can't do it. Whereas other people who are less

talented, less qualified, even less experience, because they hire help or seek out experts

who are legitimate, they tend to get the results just because they're allowing themselves to be

supportive and to receive expert care. I have a fable today on this and I've

spoken about this one actually on the podcast before years ago and I've written about it in my book,
