wonderful. It's appropriate. It's so amazing to know how your brain works so that you can set

yourself up for success, choose thoughts that make you feel energized, choose thoughts that make

you feel good and capable and competent. And sometimes I think

that this can be kind of hard work because we're constantly monitoring our thoughts. We're scared

of bad thoughts and we think what is the best thought to reach for right now? It can even be

overwhelming, especially when we're going through periods of stress in our lives. So, my friend, I have a tip for you today if you want to feel better, if you want to make

And the thing is, when we exhale, when we have a feeling of relief, it's actually, it's not laziness. It's us, our mind, our body coming back
