Hi guys and thanks for listening to Be You Unapologetically Podcast.

I am Kyra Carlin and I am going to be bringing you a couple of truth bombs this time.

So if you're listening to this in real time, I just attended a personal growth conference that I

earned through my company. I work for a health and fitness company that I lead groups to help

women be inspired to literally live their best life, have self-love, feel good about themselves,

like through health and fitness,

but more importantly, through community. It is a network marketing company, so we do have the

ability to have an income to be able to rank advance in order to, you know, have higher goals.

You can get farther up in the company. I've had a lot of people who along the way

have, you know, called it pyramid schemes. And if you do call it a pyramid scheme, you don't technically

know what a pyramid scheme is because pyramid schemes are illegal. That is where, you know,

the upper person does no work but reaps all the benefits.

With our company, you literally, like, for each their own, like, if you want to get farther

up in the company, you're going to have to work hard and you're going to have a team of people,

but you're going to have to have your team working hard as well, and you have to match that.

And so we had the top of the company who have

rank advanced like astronomically over this year who had so much growth. And it was kind of like a

personal interview that they had of them up on stage. And can I just say holy freaking crap.

It made it real of this is possible for anybody.
