0:49.0	Be shepherds of God's flock that is under your care,
0:53.0	watching over them not because you must,
0:56.0	but because you are willing.
0:58.0	As God wants you to be not pursuing dishonest gain,
1:02.0	but eager to serve,
1:04.0	not lording it over those entrusted to you,
1:08.0	but being examples to the flock.
1:11.0	And when the chief shepherd appears,
1:13.0	you will receive the crown of glory, not the crown,
