1:03.6	How can we start to set expectations that are more realistic and achievable?
1:08.4	What's sort of the first step in controlling the chaos?
1:12.1	Absolutely.
1:13.0	Well, I would say the very first step is to recognize that reality always wins.
1:19.0	So no matter how many times we want to hope that we have more than 24 hours in a day or seven days in a week.
1:26.1	The truth is, time is the ultimate democracy.
1:30.0	So rich or poor, young or old, male or female, we've got the same amount.
1:34.8	And the first step to managing that better and having realistic expectations is to embrace the
1:41.7	truth and work within our capacity instead of trying to work against
1:46.1	reality.
