My friends, today is about reass associating the old.

This is a term that I've coined,

and I have in fact implemented this re associating the old

plenty times. And what I've found is that over time our

associations between things change and when we can begin perceiving things differently, not at a head level, but at a heart level, we can

begin feeling different about that

re-associating the old is a behavioral response that is encouraged by an unwillingness to live with fear and sensitivity based on our previous life experiences. What's important to understand is that our brains are association creators.

They are association creators.

The brain has a pairing for basically every subject that life has to offer us.

Now these associations become stronger

based on our emotional intensity
