I'm not going to sit here and say that you're bad person or you do this and you do that and you should blame yourself and guilt yourself.

No, I don't care about that stuff. What I want to do with this episode is

bring to your attention the things that are harming you mentally, emotionally, and physically, and the questions you need to ask yourself in order for you, willingly, to move away from a victim mentality.

Now, let's understand what it's like to be in the mind body and spirit of a victim. What happens is

this person takes everything personally. This was everything personally. I was even walking down the street

and I'd see an accident, like a a car accident and I would blame myself.

I would say oh that's my fault they must have looked at me and got into an accident

as if I was that beautiful.

So victims, people with a victim mentality take everything personally.

They also have difficulty with the very little things, the little things, like ordering at a restaurant or trying to figure out whether they should walk

faster or slower or whether they should spark a conversation with someone or all these little things

and we need to understand that there is a lack of trust here there is a lack of trust here.
