this whole idea of recovering from anxiety

And I kept asking myself, you know, why is it that so many people out there are so highly educated with anxiety?

They know everything about it.

They understand that they have to change their thinking patterns, they understand that they have to expose themselves to the things that they fear.

They understand that they may very well need to do reframing work to clean up their past.

heads or symptoms of anxiety.
