Warriors listen, there are four words that haunt many traumatized anxiety suffers today.

These four words hold tremendous, tremendous amounts of regret,

tremendous amounts of self-blame. And you know what? These four words

constantly affect and anxiety suffer in the present moment as well they view their future based on the unfulfilled

past that they've been through. Now these four words are if only I had, think about it for a moment.
