Today we're discussing whether or not anxiety is your fault.

People have been writing in saying, Dennis,

I feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders,

this anxiety thing. Is it all my fault? Am I to blame for my

emotional state, the state of my mind, the state of my energy on a day-to-day basis. I want to tackle this today.

Now, first things first, let's understand your childhood a bit better. This is the beginning

between the ages of zero to two years old. You were in a constant what's called delta brainwave state.

At this age, babies function primarily through their subconscious minds.

The baby copies the authority figures, which are mom and dad, to a T,

which will aid in the survival mechanism for the future. Now between the ages of 2 to 6 years old, you are in a constant what's called Theta brainwave state.

At this age, imagination and daydreaming

overlap any science of critical thinking

and rational outlooks. T-dates are created with bears and toy princesses,
