And you know, I've been getting a bunch of

emails lately with people asking me Dennis who's the best person to ask

advice from as far as my anxiety goes.

You know, I've been to the doctors, I've been to therapists, and I've tried CBT, I've tried NLP,

I've tried all these different ways of trying to handle my anxiety but it seems like a lot of people

Think they know what they're talking about you know, but in my heart I feel like I'm not really getting the advice that I'm looking for so

Dennis what is who's the best person to ask anxiety advice from and and what kind of

path should I follow as far as overcoming my anxiety, my

anxiety disorder, my health anxiety, my panic attacks naturally.

And that's a very tricky question because I was in the same boat for a number of years. I went from multiple doctors. I never really gave them much of a chance really the doctors because I never believed in them

after a while. One doctor would give me a certain prescription which was an
