we're diving deep into a person's checklist. Now when I talk about checklist, I have to explain what a checklist is to you so

you can understand how it's affecting your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health today.

Lots of people come to me with challenges, problems that they're going through,

internal, circumstantial, and you know what I I recognize the pattern in these people

they all have checklists that don't fit the desired direction that they want their life to go.

A checklist is an unconsciously planned out set of behaviors

that a person feels like they have to follow through with in order for the day to be a success.

Now I'm going to give you a couple of examples of my checklist when I was suffering from an anxiety disorder

Human beings have a checklist for every single thing that they do,
