The answer is five. Because you see, decision means nothing. Until one of them jumps off the log, there will always remain five frogs on the log.

Now, today, are you going to be a frog on a log, or are you going to be someone that it gets out there

So, here's your tactical Tuesday tip. Find ways to add steps to activities that you are

already going to do. Some of you have a mailbox in front of your house and as you drive home,

you pull up next to it so that you can reach out and grab the mail and then drive inside.

Well, what if, what if you went ahead and pulled your vehicle inside your garage and then walked

out and grabbed the mail, getting yourself a few steps. Some of you don't want to take the trash out

today, even though it's kind of full, it probably could be taken out. But you know what? I don't want to.

Why don't you just get up and go do it anyway? Because you had to take a few steps to take out that trash. When you go to the grocery store, this one I know you're going to, I talk about it a lot. Why don't you park in the back of a parking lot? Park as far away as you feel comfortable doing so. and then walk in.
