| 1:00.4 | earliest memories of food? Well, I spent a lot of my early years in France and America. |
| 1:15.8 | So my early memories, we're talking during the 70s. So they're very much grape, grape juice and McDonald's, a lot of that in America and |
| 1:23.3 | those biscuits, those little McDonald's biscuits. |
| 1:28.4 | And in France, a lot of cheese, the whole house smelt of cheese. |
| 1:33.5 | So those are my earliest memories. |
| 1:35.1 | My mother wasn't really a cook. |
| 1:37.2 | And she lived freely a bit bad, you know, it just wasn't her thing. |
| 1:40.2 | And she had other children. |
| 1:42.9 | So my memory is much more of smells. |
