Maower today we are talking about some investment news for Tesla as well as some news

on the SEC settlement. Really tough day on Wednesday for the entire stock market

with the NASDAQ finishing down 4.1%

S&P 500 down 3.3%

Tesla given the tough macro environment fared incredibly well yesterday down just 2.25

it wouldn't have been at all surprising if incredibly well yesterday down just 2.25%.

It wouldn't have been at all surprising if Tesla had finished down in the down

six to 8% range yesterday, like stocks like Envedia, Amazon, Netflix, and many more did.

A couple of things I think supporting Tesla's

share price yesterday, one of which being

that Tesla's really trading towards the bottom

of its trading channel over the last 18 months, which has really been at that 245 to $250 share price.

And then secondly, we have news that T-ROW price has increased their stake in Tesla by about 5.5 million shares over the last quarter, which increases

their percent of ownership from about 7% previously to just over 10% currently.

Generally, that's pretty good news when a big fund is buying up shares that

obviously decreases the supply of shares and eventually increases the price

however obviously we've seen the price falling recently so it is possible and I think probable

that other funds have recently decreased their stake in Tesla. That's something

that I'll be keeping my eye on and of course if I see anything on that I will
