Professor, it's been a very busy week for the abuse of free speech by people who talk a very good game about free speech.

And I'd like to kind of go deep on the First Amendment today,

because it's my understanding that under the First Amendment, the President,

can't punish or retaliate against individuals for their viewpoints,

and that includes non-citizens with green cards.

Of course, we're going to have to talk about Mahmoud Khalil, the prominent Palestinian activist

who led some protests at Columbia University.

As far as we know, has broken no laws of this nation, and he is now facing deportation.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio is very, very eager to help with this.

And over the weekend, ICE illegally arrested and detained Mahmoud Camille.

Again, he's a green card holder.

His wife is eight months pregnant.

They burst into his Columbia University residence and took him, wouldn't tell his wife or his

lawyers where he was.
