We begin with Reuters headlines out of the Middle East in these last

hours. Syrian opposition leader says Lebanon truth opened the door to Aleppo assault.

What we know about the Aleppo assault is that a man named Abu Mohammed al-Julani, a longtime jihadist, who has been planted in Idlib province,

has gathered together an alliance, shortened as HTS, and attacked Aleppo, the second largest city in Syria.

The defending forces there, the army and the soldiers ran away.

And Aleppo suddenly became in the hands of some call them rebels, mostly the jihadists.

I remind you that Abu Muhammad al-Julani was once al-Qaeda, and then the split between al-Qaeda and ISIS happened because of, or with

Al-Jolani standing by. These are cutthroat jihadists. There's no other way to put it. However,

right now, the enemy of my enemy is driving on Assad, who has sworn revenge. Malcolm, a very good evening to you.
