today today's guest is Jeff Love Jeff is a multi-family syndication attorney

and today he's going to walk us through the steps of syndicating your first deal

so that further ado, Jeff, welcome the

show. Hi guys. Thanks for having me. You know, pleasure to have you here. And, uh, and why don't

you just tell us a little bit about how you, you got into syndicating real estate deals?

Well, been a real estate, corporate and securities attorney for about the last seven years.

All the areas are, are related. So when we started doing leasing and purchasing the sales, different deals, that led into more

corporate work which led into securities laws because all of the areas are somewhat related.

So have different clients who would buy properties and then look for investors.

So it just let us into do more securities work.
