It still doesn't feel like a reality. It was an odd feeling. We fucked with this strange guy named Gov versus Fish and it'll be on Patreon.

We brought Goat versus Fish on the show. Some of you, the hardcore amongst you, might know who he is.

I don't know.

I don't think we've talked about him really on the air.

But if you went to my very first stand-up show, which was in the fall of 2019, you would have seen him perform live.

This guy's entire schick consists of going up on stage with a Burger King crown and a

beanie baby goat and a beanie baby fish resting within that crown.

He's got two towels covering his body and he just talks about goats and fishes nonstop.

Yeah.

And he has his own language almost.

It's like a weird fucked up pig Latin type thing. Yeah. Where he says versus. It's a pigeon. It's an English goat versus fish pigeon. Yeah. And he, Leo, is unwilling to break character, isn't he now? Oh, yeah. But he was very willing to show his cock, which was possibly one of the funniest things we've ever seen in my life. I just want to say, like, we tried sincerely for the duration of his

day on the podcast. I think an hour and 45 minutes, we tried to get him to be like, we tried

to just get him to be honest with us. Why have you chosen to dedicate your entire comedic life?

No, scratch that, your entire life period to this goat versus fish thing, which I don't get.

No one does.

It's vaguely amusing when he's up on stage doing it, but the novelty wears off maybe 30 seconds into the set.

And I told him straight up, hey, you got to adjust course on your comedic journey. I did it when I used to write books and then I got into YouTube and then you have to adjust course when you're doing the YouTube. See what content's working. Goat versus Fish, that character needs to be lynched. Not the guy, the character. Guy's great. Character he needs to adjust.

I mean, look, he's really trying to, I think, outwork everybody. He wants to do it for 25 years and get,

you know, very little views on very little traction, but eventually somehow he thinks he's going to

blow up. That's like the guy who is trying to breed the strongest horses in the early 1900s.

And Henry Ford says, you know what, fuck that. Here's a motor car. Yeah, now what are you going to do? You got to evolve. You got to evolve. Fuck horses. Yeah, stand-up is like hanging on somehow still, you know, the Netflix, you know, pushes stuff. They're still big comedians. But yeah, it's, it's, you know, going to YouTube is the new way to fucking really blow up in the comedy world now.
