A group of elderly Swiss women wins a landmark climate change

case in the European Court of Human Rights. This on the same day as global

temperatures break records for 10 months in a row. 27 people go on trial in connection

is ignoring its demands and the makers of Scrabble have done some research and

found that younger people don't quite like the competitive nature of Scrabble.

They want a game where you can simply enjoy words and language and being together and having fun

creating words.

A new version of an old word game.

First, it's a ruling with potentially worldwide repercussions.

Europe's top human rights court has ruled in favour of a group of elderly Swiss women

who said their government violated their human rights by not doing enough to combat climate change.

Dozens of supporters of the Swiss women were in court to hear the outcome, including

the environmental campaigner Greta Tunberg.

People have been living on the front lines of the climate emergency and have been witnessing and

bearing the brunt of its consequences for a very long time.

This is not a future threat we're talking about here.
