bringing temporary darkness to tens of millions of people.

Tens of millions of people in Mexico, Canada and the United States have witnessed something spectacular, a total eclipse of the sun by the moon.

That's when the new moon moves between the sun and earth blocking out the sun's rays and casting a shadow on parts of the

earth.

It started in the city of Mas-Atlan on the west coast of Mexico as the moon loomed

over the sea, hundreds gathered at the beach including the

Mexican president to see the darkness at noon.

Oh my gosh you can look at it right now without the glass

it's dark.
