He wants to rub your shoulders and talk to you a little bit. I like to jump in. So let's let's give folks the origin story. Let's talk about, you know, going back of the day, starting the company. You built a great organization. Give us the, you know, the high-level overview of that.

Yeah, look, I grew up through very humble beginnings in India, in a very small town in central India.

And, you know, always had aspirations and dreams to do something big in life and ended up in Houston,

Texas when I was 15 years old. I had just finished my ninth grade in India. And, you know,

the connection, there was some family connection through my dad. So we came here and my first, you know, interaction with,

you would say, Class B, workforce housing multifamily was as a resident, right? I grew up in

these communities, similar worst communities, the first eight years of my life. And so that was my exposure to the West, which was the visions and the dreams I had growing up in the East about the West were of prosperity and wealth and happiness.
