who currently seem to be the front runners for

the league at this early stage so all of that and a little bit more to come also I'd like to

I think having a big striker has two major benefits.

Firstly, it means that if you're seeking to clear the ball hurriedly against a team that press, as Spurs do,

then it gives you an option of lumping it long and

potentially retaining possession. And you can see from the way that Abraham drops quite deep.

He's coming into almost the sort of middle of the park or between the middle and the edge of the penalty area quite a lot

because he's trying to get onto clearances from the goalkeeper or the centrebacks.
