Episode 126 with Susan Young.
“There are so many women in midlife or older who are undiagnosed. As awareness grows, more and more people in midlife are getting diagnosed.”
Susan is a certified holistic life coach, multi-passionate artist, and the founder of Triple Moon Coaching. She specializes in midlife reinvention for women over 50. Her recent ADHD diagnosis at the age of 56 was a complete shock and the missing piece of a complex puzzle!
As an empty nester, divorcee, and domestic violence survivor who has first-hand experience with codependency, sobriety, and now ADHD, Susan knows a thing or two about starting over late in life.
As a holistic coach, she believes transformation happens from the inside out and is a big fan of using creative right-brain exercises to stimulate our non-verbal genius.
Susan & I talk all about her diagnosis experience after her college-aged daughter was diagnosed, and how Susan’s life radically changed overnight after the diagnosis and medication. We also talk about how Susan left her 26-year career in order to help women meet their souls and their goals so they can blaze their unique path to a joyful and purposeful future.
