1:06.2	to reconnect with people as humans. Welcome to the show, Susan. Now, we have to start with the
1:12.5	title of your book, The Lost Art of Connecting. Why is it The Lost Art? The book proposal was done
1:20.5	four years before the pandemic. What I had seen and felt was that we have lost the humanity
1:28.6	when we were connecting with each other. It became all about the technology, all about the clicks and
1:34.4	lights and followers, rather than that intentionality, rather than meeting people and building long-term
1:44.0	relationships, the kind that I learned from my parents back in the late 60s or early 70s. Of course,
1:52.2	February 2020, when I started to write the book, I was going along my merry way and then of course,
1:57.8	in March of 2020, all we had were the clicks and lights and followers. In some ways, I kind of had
2:05.6	to go start all over in terms of the intentionality, but I will tell you back maybe seven years ago,
2:11.6	a friend of mine told me a story that stuck with me. She said when she would take her 10-year-old
